Terms of Sale — Organizer Subscription

Commercial offer

Viestia offers two plans to organizers:

— Free plan: 1 published activity, 5 sessions per activity, 1 team member, 3 photos per activity. — Pro plan: €19 per month, unlimited activities and sessions, unlimited team members, 10 photos per activity.

Viestia charges no commission on participant bookings, regardless of the plan.

Launch offer

The Pro plan is granted free of charge, for 6 months from the sign-up date, to the first 50 organizers who sign up before December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM (Paris time). This launch offer requires no card details and no charge, automatic or otherwise, for its entire duration.

After December 31, 2026, or once the 50 spots are taken, any new organizer is placed directly on the Free plan. Launch-offer beneficiaries also automatically revert to the Free plan once their 6 months end, without losing any existing activities, sessions, or data (see "Effects of reverting to the Free plan" below).

Paid subscription to the Pro plan, at the price shown above, will only become available once online payment is actually enabled on Viestia.

Subscribing

The terms below describe paid subscription to the Pro plan, once online payment is available on Viestia — they do not apply to the free launch offer described above, which requires no card details.

Subscribing to the Pro plan is self-service, from the organizer dashboard (Subscription page), via secure card payment handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Viestia does not store any card data.

The subscription takes effect immediately after payment is confirmed.

Price and billing

The price below applies outside of the launch offer — see "Launch offer" above for the current free period.

The Pro plan costs €19 per month. [VAT statement to be completed depending on the tax status of the entity operating Viestia — VAT exemption threshold or VAT applicable]. Billing is monthly, on the subscription's anniversary date, and renews automatically until cancelled.

Viestia does not yet offer automated electronic invoicing; this feature is in preparation.

Term and cancellation

The Pro plan has no minimum commitment. The organizer may cancel it at any time from their personal space (Subscription page) or via the Stripe billing portal.

Upon cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the period already paid for. The account then automatically reverts to the Free plan.

Effects of reverting to the Free plan

Reverting to the Free plan does not delete any existing activity, session, booking, or other data. Free plan limits (number of activities, sessions, team members) apply only to new actions taken after reverting to Free (for example, creating a new activity beyond the limit); items already created remain accessible and visible.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal described below concerns paid subscription to the Pro plan, once available. It does not apply to the free launch offer, which involves no payment commitment.

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance began with the consumer's prior express agreement. By subscribing to the Pro plan and immediately using the associated features, the organizer expressly requests that performance of the service begin and waives their right of withdrawal for the current period.

In any case, an organizer acting in a professional capacity within their main business activity is not eligible for the withdrawal right available to consumers.

Availability and liability

Viestia uses reasonable efforts to ensure the service's availability, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruptions. Viestia's liability, in the event of a breach of its obligations, is limited to the amounts actually paid by the organizer for the subscription over the preceding twelve months.

Changes to these Terms of Sale

Viestia may amend these Terms of Sale, in particular to reflect changes to the offer or to applicable regulations. Subscribed organizers will be notified; continuing the subscription after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Sale.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first via the contact form. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
