Your questions
With no upfront payment, how do you limit no-shows?
Every registered participant gets an automatic email reminder before the session and can cancel online in one click, which frees the seat for someone else. And a participant who picked a session confirmed by the threshold usually shows up: they know the others are counting on them.
How do I get paid?
Viestia collects nothing online: your participants pay you directly, as they do today, so you have no payments to collect and nothing to refund. Viestia takes no commission on what they pay you.
What happens if the minimum isn't reached?
You offer another date to those registered in one click. They choose whether to join it, and you don't run a session at a loss.
Can I still take phone bookings?
Yes. You can adjust the number of seats available on each session to account for bookings taken directly.
What happens at the end of the 6 free months?
Nothing automatic: no card is saved, so nothing is charged. You choose to move to Pro at €19 excl. VAT/month or go back to the Free plan.
Do my participants need an account?
Yes, a free account is needed to book: an email address is enough, with no payment. It lets them find their bookings and receive confirmations and reminders. Booking stays free for them either way.
Can I share my activities on my own channels?
Yes. Each activity has its own page, with a link to share on your site, Instagram or Facebook. You can also add a "Book on Viestia" button to your own website (Widget page in your space).
